OFFICIAL RULES — $250 SURVEY PRIZE DRAWING 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

1. Sponsor 

This prize drawing (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Trustbridge, a Division of Vulcury LLC, located at 32565B Golden Lantern #1030, Dana Point, CA 92629 (“Sponsor”). 

2. Promotion Description 

The Promotion is offered in connection with Sponsor's “State of Custom Manufacturing” survey (the “Survey”). One respondent who completes the Survey during the Entry Period will be selected at random to receive the prize described in Section 6. 

3. Eligibility 

• Open to individuals age 18 or older at the time of entry. 

• Open to legal residents of the United States. Void in Rhode Island, Florida, New York, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. 

• Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Sponsor may disqualify duplicate or fraudulent entries. 

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Vulcury LLC and its divisions (including Trustbridge, Calisade, and Vulcury Advisors) are not eligible. 

• Eligibility is further limited to respondents who identify as a custom manufacturer, job shop, or precision manufacturing business in response to the Survey's business-classification question. Entries from respondents who do not meet this classification will not be eligible for the drawing, regardless of whether the Survey was otherwise completed in full. 

4. Entry Period 

The Promotion begins upon Survey launch and ends August 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible. 

5. How to Enter 

To enter, complete the Survey in full during the Entry Period. No purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is required to enter or win. Completing the Survey does not obligate you to purchase any product or service from Sponsor. 

6. Prize 

• One (1) winner will receive $250 USD, awarded as a check or electronic payment at Sponsor's discretion (the “Prize”). 

• Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize: $250 USD. 

• No cash-equivalent substitution will be offered, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. 

• The Prize is non-transferable. 

7. Winner Selection & Odds 

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within fourteen (14) days following the close of the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

8. Winner Notification 

The potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided at Survey completion. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the Prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within this period, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner or to award no prize. 

9. Taxes 

The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law. 

10. Publicity 

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name and general location for promotional purposes, in any media, without additional compensation, unless the winner opts out at the time of notification. Agreeing to publicity is not a condition of winning. 

11. Survey Data & Report Access 

Participation in the Survey is governed separately by Sponsor's data use and privacy practices. Survey participants who complete the Survey will receive full access to the resulting benchmark report; non-participants may receive only a partial version released at a later date. This report-access benefit is a participation incentive and is distinct from, and not conditioned upon, entry into the Prize drawing described in these Official Rules. 

12. Release & Limitation of Liability 

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates (including Vulcury LLC, Calisade, and Vulcury Advisors), and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, or use/misuse of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries. 

13. Sponsor's Reserved Rights 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable law. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding. 

14. Governing Law 

This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
