What Supplier Growth Looks Like at Trustbridge

Consistent Job Flow

We monitor supplier performance and customer feedback on every project. Shops that deliver high-quality parts, communicate well, and hit deadlines are prioritized for future projects — especially for repeat customers and high-value accounts.

  • More matches with projects in your specialty

  • Faster access to RFQs with shorter timelines

  • Early inclusion in pilot production and NPI builds

  • Preference for complex or multi-part assemblies


Preferred Supplier Status

Top-performing suppliers can be added to customer-specific approved vendor lists managed by Trustbridge. These relationships often yield steady workstreams, improved forecasting, and the opportunity to become a de facto production partner.

  • Embedded in customer workflow through Trustbridge

  • Option to receive blanket POs or volume forecasts

  • Co-branded case studies or project spotlights (optional)

  • Strategic alignment with Trustbridge account managers



Access to Premium Projects

As we grow, so does the quality and scale of projects we handle — from multi-thousand-unit production runs to multi-process subassemblies with tight tolerance and regulatory requirements.

High-performing suppliers may be invited to:

  • Join closed RFQ cycles for enterprise accounts

  • Participate in large BOM project bids

  • Serve as an anchor supplier in regional sourcing strategies

  • Offer integrated services (e.g., machining + finishing + kitting)



Phantom Equity Participation (Incentive Pool)

Select suppliers may be invited to participate in our phantom equity incentive program — a way to share in the upside of the Trustbridge platform as it grows.

Here’s how it works:

  • Phantom equity grants are awarded based on contribution to platform growth
    – This may include: project volume, referral of other qualified suppliers, technical collaboration, customer retention, or service expansion

  • Phantom equity holders do not own shares, but are entitled to a share of the proceeds in the event of:
    – A sale of the Trustbridge business
    – A dividend distribution from profits
    – Other liquidity events tied to business performance

  • Grants vest over time and are performance-based

  • Grants are awarded at the discretion of the Trustbridge leadership team to a select group of partners demonstrating exceptional alignment and value

This structure enables our most engaged partners to benefit not just from job flow — but from the long-term value they help us create.



Supplier Referral Program

Do you know other shops that deliver like you do? We offer bonuses to suppliers who introduce high-quality vendors who get approved and successfully complete projects.

  • Cash bonuses or project credits for successful referrals

  • Ability to build your own ecosystem within Trustbridge (e.g., trusted finishers, material providers, etc.)

  • Shared opportunities for integrated quoting on multi-step projects



How to Qualify for Incentives

We evaluate supplier contribution based on a mix of:

Volume Contribution → Number and size of projects successfully completed

On-Time Delivery → 
Meeting lead times and milestone updates

Quality Performance → Low rejection rates and strong customer feedback

Responsiveness → Fast, clear communication throughout project lifecycle

Collaboration →  Willingness to co-develop solutions and share feedback

Platform Advocacy → Referring new customers or suppliers, co-marketing, etc

You don’t need to check every box to qualify — but we’re always looking for signs that a supplier is invested in our mutual success.
