Trustbridge Terms of Use

Version 2.0 – Effective July 18, 2025
This version supersedes all prior Terms of Use issued under Vulcury LLC.

1. Who We Are

Trustbridge is a division of Vulcury LLC, based in the United States. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trustbridge website at www.trustbridge.io (the “Site”) and any content, forms, or services available through it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Use of Site Content

All content on this Site—including text, images, designs, software, trademarks, and branding—is the property of Vulcury LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, republish, or reuse any content without written permission

  • Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Site

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the Site

3. Submitting Requests Through the Platform

You may submit a Request for Partner (RFP) through the Site, including Design RFPs and Manufacturing RFPs, to initiate a potential service engagement.

By submitting a request, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

  • Trustbridge may review your submission and contact you

  • No client relationship is formed until a separate Statement of Work (SOW) is accepted

  • Submission of a request does not obligate Trustbridge to respond or engage

4. Master Services Agreement (MSA)

If you engage with Trustbridge for any services beyond browsing—such as design, advisory, supplier matchmaking, or payment facilitation—you agree to be bound by our Master Services Agreement (MSA).

The MSA governs:

  • The terms of any service engagements

  • Ownership of deliverables

  • Fees, invoicing, and liabilities

  • Optional payment routing facilitation

You are encouraged to review the MSA before submitting any formal requests. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the MSA, the MSA shall govern service-related matters.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to external websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the Site or submitting any personal information, you consent to the terms of our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trustbridge and Vulcury LLC disclaim all liability for:

  • Errors or omissions on the Site

  • Any damage resulting from use of the Site

  • Losses caused by reliance on content or tools provided on the Site

  • Technical issues or unavailability

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted at this URL with an updated version number and effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
